Stefano Palatchi to the rhythm of jazz

With a career spanning over 25 years in the best operatic stage and with the spirit world and has achieved distinction throughout his career, Stefano Palatchi, embarks on a new musical project: jazz.

With a stunning ring as well as elegant and distinguished, Stefano Palatchi, is one of the great international references of operatic music. Born in Barcelona in 1959 and a theatrical vocation, Stefano Palatchi classes received pretigiosos artists and teachers in this field both in his native city in Florence and New York. Big fan of Placido Domingo, their presence is common in both Spanish and in international operas.

His bold artistic and interpretative powers have allowed the 2012 to embark on a new project. Debut in the jazz world on 10 January in a unique concert that offered in the Sala Luz de Gas of Barcelona. His foray into the genre was born from an offer made a year and half ago the Duke Ellington Orchestra performing Yorker several concerts in Spain. Although the project is the Duke Ellington of standby time due to busy schedule of Palatchi, this has not prevented his interest in jazz and swing to close in a first actuacón expected.

With great enthusiasm, and the hand of the renowned singer Laura Simò, offer "PalatchiSimo, Jazz the Way We Are". The show invites you to take a journey through the music of the great classics such as Gershwin, Porter and Ellington, with touches of contemporary creations signed by Taylor, Joel or Jobim. "PalatchiSimo" stage will be completed with the complicity of three greats of the genre, Francesc Capella on piano piano, Guillermo Prats, on bass, and David Simó on drums.
