The company specializes in nutrition ENE created with the aim of serving "home health" by offering its customers an optimal combination of food safety and culinary delight with high quality products. ENE made a complete study of each case and nutritional menus adapted to each specific need. One way to eat well and at home, enjoying the best of Mediterranean cuisine ... but without having to cook.
Through personal study of the nutritional needs of each person, ENE designed food plan to follow, depending on the stage of life where each person is. ENE is also responsible for acquiring quality products and cooking for its customers, serving them at home, with all the guarantees for the preservation of the qualities of food. All menus are individualized, pleasing to the eye, taste and smell, and well studied for the recipient to enjoy a perfect meal, balanced and delicious to the palate.
ENE has a very wide range of different dishes, to give variety to a balanced diet, and diets for different diseases.
JAN menus are prepared by a team of nutritionists, dietitians under the guidelines of a balanced diet, healthy and varied, so that the act of eating is an act of pleasure doing health. The products offered are top quality and season to enjoy the product at its best. The firings used does not hide or disguise the taste and aroma of foods, preserving the most of their nutrients.

ENE is made by a professional team of experts in Human Nutrition and Dietetics.
Emi López: Graduate in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the Faculty of Health Sciences Blanquerna. 10 years professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Anthropometric Accreditation for Level I of the ISAK (International Society for the Advancement of Kineantropometry).
Neus Zanuy: Diploma in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the Faculty of Health Sciences Blanquerna. Professional cook (chef graduate of the Culinary School · Art Bell).
Elena Juez: Graduate in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the Faculty of Sciences Blanquena Salut. Five years professional experience in digestive metabolic disease research at the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona (liver diseases). Anthropometric Accreditation for Level I of the ISAK (International Society for the Advancement of Kineantropometry).
